Maybe... I didn't even go in there to buy Beatles albums- I was looking for other CDs that they didn't have. But besides sound quality, they're the same track listings and all, so all in all, I'm okay with my purchases. Except for spending money that I was saving for other things.DaveWadding wrote: or maybe you should have taken them when I offered them to you.

Paul McCartney- Flaming Pie, $1.07, Half.com
My dad's had this album for years, and I always liked it; I was rebuying some CDs and DVDs yesterday, and one seller I was buying from was selling it, and I figured why not buy it, too.
Stuck in the Suburbs soundtrack, 97 cents (or something), Half.com
I've always liked this DCOM, and I wish it had a DVD release. I've always liked the songs from it, and I know our library has the CD, but it was cheap enough so I can own my own copy.
Princess Disneymania, $10.99ish, Half.com
Disneymania 4 onward, I was just downloading certain tracks, but I've been rebuying albums that I had downloaded (or had been scratched) so I could have the physical copies, and so I rebought Disneymania 4-6, and a seller had this one for sale; it was expensive, but I'll be glad to have it, even if I'll already have the other songs; it'll be something to listen to in the car.

$8.99
I'm very happy that the Target lady at the Service Counter read this wrong; hey, it saved me three dollars. Instead of $11.99, it was $8.99 plus tax! I would've stopped her, and I probably should have, but I guess she can just deal with her mistake.

"HEY YOU GUYS!!!"
I was lucky to get this. Limited Edition to 5000 copies. It went on sale earlier this year on Varese Sarabande's website. The title sold out sometime last week.
The CD contains Dave Grusin's score for The Goonies. Loved Grusin's score ever since I saw the movie for the first time back in '85 (I was 6 years old!)

I just preordered Christina Aguilera- Bionic (Deluxe) and Hanson- Shout It Out at Amazon for $12.99 each. Using UD's link- I remembered. Hanson's CD wasn't in the ads this morning, and Christina's is $13.99-$14.99 for the Deluxe, so I figured this might end up being the cheapest, even though I have to wait a week or so to get it in the mail. And I ordered the Starstruck DVD/CD combo pack for $20.99, also from Amazon.

Well, I price-matched Best Buy's price of $4.99; Target's price was $5.99. But, still, that's a whole lot better than $10. It seems rather ridiculous for a CD with 6 songs to have a price tag of $10.JiminyCrick91 wrote:Deary me! You Americans and your low prices. In Canada I've seen it for $10 in person or $6 on iTunes. Welcome to Canada. Our money is worth practically (and at sometimes the exact same or even more) than the American Dollar, yet everything costs twice as much.TheSequelOfDisney wrote:Well, I price-matched Best Buy's price of $4.99; Target's price was $5.99. I guess our free Health Care helps balance it, but it doesn't get me cheap CDs.
