I've been anticipating this press release. I'm sort of disappointed that 'Hockey Homicide' is not on the sportsd disc but I have it on my Goofy Treasures so all is not lost. :)

I'm so happy that Mickey's Trailer is on the adventure disc. That is one of my alkl-time favourites!

I'm double dipping. :P I find these are fun to collect. Part of me wishes they released them once a month like a magazine so it could be a lot of fun collecting. I find that I really enjoy taking an hour up by popping one of these in.

I don't need them, but I'm sure they'll be attractive to lots of people. Good cartoons for reasonable price.

I'll be buying Extreme Adventure Fun just for "How To Ride A Horse", which I won't have on the Treasures because I don't own "Behind The Scenes At Walt Disney"

As a proud owner of the R4 Extreme Sports Fun, with the inclusion of Soccermania, I don't really have a reason to pick these up. The fact that I own the Treasures, and intend to buy the upcoming ones, gives me little or no reason to pick these up. It would be pure double dippaciousness (or is it dippidity?).

Am I wrong in assuming all of those shorts are on, or will be on, a Treasures set?

It sure is a shame Soccermania isn't on it. I wonder why they decided to not include it for R1. My first thought was because it would take up too much time on soccer but then I realized, while soccer isn't as popular here as it is around the world it is a very popular sport for kids to play. In fact I believe more Canadian kids play soccer than hockey.

Maybe there's a chance "Soccermania" will be on the future "Disney Rarities" Treasure set?

That'd be nice. It's never been released on home video in the US as far as I know, so that would qualify it as a "rarity", I'd think.

While I like the idea of these collections, I personally would rather just buy the treasure sets. So much more bang for your buck.
$10 for 1 hour or $40 for 4-5 depending on which set...
I'm glad I bought them all way back when.

 No Soccermania? Sigh... That's what was making me decide to buy them...

I wish I knew if they were going to do a Chip and Dale Treasure set, so I could decide whether or not to buy that volume...

How to Dance is apparently on both the Starring Goofy volume and the Extreme Music Fun volume! Is this really correct? Are they double dipping even within the Classic Cartoon Favorites series?

I noticed that. It's a little disappointing for them to start recycling cartoons within the series when their resources to select from are as vast as they are.

The lack of Soccermania is very dissapointing. I was really looking forward to having that included. I guess i'll have to get the R4 PAL disc which seems to have the short converted from the NTSC instead of a NTSC disc with an NTSC short

Unless it's on the "Rarities" Treasure that is ;)
