In a Disney Princess promotion schedule I received for the next few years. :)

The rest of the world is still waiting for:

-The Great Mouse Detective
-Lilo and Stitch
-The Emperor´s New Groove
- Treasure Planet
- Home on the Range (yes...I hate it but need it for the collection)
- Atlantis

True, I forgot about 2016. For some reason, I kept thinking Disney intended on all the DACs to be out by 2015.

Pinocchio was already released to Blu-ray in 2009, by 2015 Disney will still have technically released all DAC to the format.

LOL, that was a temporary brain fart on my part. I should have specified "all the DACs in the Diamond Edition line" as being out by 2015.

Two years huh? I guess I'll order it from the U.K. then since it's such a long wait for the U.S.

Oh my Mouse Ears. PLEASE BE TRUE.

EUROPE, AUS/NZ AND USA PLEASE !

It's my dream to see Aladdin on the big screen since I was too little to see it way back in 92.

It is so annoying that the US and the rest of the world are out of sync now when it comes to the Diamonds; should have been kept the same the world over.

With the 2015 date I'm really glad I imported the UK edition.

They don't look bad, but I think they're fan made because they are using old clip-arts.

Obviously fake artwork. Disney doesn't do both gold and silver versions anymore and those are using the old logo font.

Can someone that´s Puerto Rican but for a few years living in Spain that hasn´t experienced the BD format as was the case for DVD (great, good times)...what´s the point of the silver/gold cases and/or DVD case look for a BD release?

That's a nice cover! I also think it's fanmade, because it's not overcrowded, which is something we didn't get to see lately on Disney home video covers   in Europe, they used the same artwork as theoriginal VHS release.

So.. I read back a bit and this topic seems to be dead. Just in case anyone was wondering, Aladdin is listed as a diamond edition on the trailer included on Tinkerbell and the Legend of the Neverbeast. Not sure if word has gotten around?

There are rumoured that Disney Store will release limited edition dolls of Jasmine, Aladdin and Jafar when the Diamond edition releases in the US. They have previously done the same for fairytale/"princess movies" movies like Cinderella, Tangled, The Little Mermaid, Sleeping Beauty and Frozen.
Favorite Disney-movies: Snow White, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, Sleeping Beauty, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Pocahontas, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules, Mulan, Tarzan, Tangled, Frozen, Pirates, Enchanted, Prince of Persia, Tron, Oz The Great and Powerful

Aladdin And The King Of Thieves Possible Blu-ray Cover

Post by stevemcqueen »

*Faints*:

https://instagram.com/p/0E9vhKt7QG/

Someone just showed me that on Instagram. I know it's probably not official ("Digital Copy" instead of "Digital HD", Diamond Edition borders, etc.) but I'm praying for the slightest chance that it is a legit early mock up.

I'm desperately trying to find the source of this image on the web (just to see if it's indeed legit) with no luck, can anyone else try?

EDIT: The same user also posted a cover for Aladdin:
