yep, that's probably a huge understatementiconda wrote:Disney designers are very lazy
I know that I usually claim not to care about what line a certain film is in, but am I the only one who is actually really annoyed about this? C'mon, if any Disney animated films should be "Diamond Editions", it should be these. Let's hope they somehow manage to get back in the line like Aladdin did.iconda wrote:so, 101 Dalmatians and Pinocchio are drop out from Diamond line
Local distributors probably don't even graphic designers or the resources to design new covers. All they have is the material Disney US gives to them. The "Disney designers" in the US aren't responsible to make cover art for every single overseas local release. In previous years this wouldn't be a problem as films would get world-wide releases. However now that each country has been given the greenlight to release certain movies before the rest of the world, all they have are old cover art to rely on.disneyboy20022 wrote:yep, that's probably a huge understatementiconda wrote:Disney designers are very lazy
15 years? When did THAT happen? Man, I'm getting old...zackisthewalrus wrote:No matter what they mean, it's a sign that Mulan is on the horizon for Blu release. It'll probably get a release next year for the 15th anniversary...
They are, actually. We get often enough cover arts, which are new and were made for some european markets or Japan only:Victurtle wrote:Local distributors probably don't even graphic designers or the resources to design new covers.
