I've got new information for German releases :)

-Aristocats: only Blu-ray, NO DVD!
-"101 Dalmations", "101 Dalmations 2" and "101 Dalmations - The ultimate Dalmations Collection": Blu-ray and DVD
-"Pocahontas", "Pocahontas 2" and "Pocahontas 1+2 Collection": Blu-ray and DVD
-"Tarzan 2": not at all
-"Cinderella 2" und "Cinderella 3": "very likely" also on Blu-ray
-no information on packaging, cover, cuts or bonuses yet

So now I ask for "The many adventures of Winnie the Pooh" if it was removed.

Hmm, I wonder if they'll give us this much variety in North American when it comes to the classics and their direct-to-sequels or if we won't have the option to get them seperately.

NOOOOOOOO, I actually like the Rescuers cover art. I honestly don’t mind those two movies being linked together but I do mind that they’re probably gonna use the fact that you’re getting two movies to jack up the price (ala Fantasia) and not include any bonus features (ala Fantasia). Marketing really does run Disney.

Also, Pocahontas including the cheapquel automatically makes it a no-buy for me, just like The Fox and the Hound. The original movie wasn’t very good, so I’m sure the cheapquel can’t be that much a drop in quality, but this is a matter of principle (I just don’t like this new tactic of including the cheapquels with the DACs, it’s just as annoying as dropping all the supplemental features off the DVD versions and making them Blu-ray exclusive). Bad practice and I refuse to support it.

I must say that I'm really glad I held on to a good number of my PEs and my Pocahontas 2-Disc (I was close to selling off some of these movies too). Disney really has no interest in catering to the collectors which is a shame and a major market for a company of their status to be missing out on.

Given that the original DVD releases of the two Rescuers films had virtually nothing, it is possible for the 2-movie collection to be a possible upgrade that goes beyond having a bluray disc but I'm holding out for much.

Funny that we haven't had any mention of Tarzan for the US when it's release everywhere else is so soon.

I just don't want them on the same disc. That would make me sad. They need to be on separate discs.
