Per
fer_2764 from Blu-ray.com forums:
Gran Drex, A fellow memeber from the mexican supervaca.com forum has posted pics from the Mexican Lion King BD with an insert advertising Pocahontas on BD coming soon, so the rumors of a 2012 special edition were true
Definitely excited for this one!
I heard the rumors but never really expected it to happen for some reason.. let's hope the rumors of Aladdin are true as well...
Just imagine how gorgeous Colors of the Wind is going to look.

Well, I guess it's high time that I express my opinion through this clip.

I haven't seen this film in years, and I've only got it on a video, so I'm definitely going to get this; hopefully I'll love it, as I can barely remember what I thought of it (I do recall enjoying the songs 'Mine, Mine, Mine' and 'Savages' however).

I wonder if it will be packaged with the sequel.
It's funny, I never saw it during its theatrical run, maybe because of all the controversy it stirred-up. I didn't see it until I bought it on DVD and ended up really enjoying it. Really enjoyed the design of the wilderness scenery and the music. Looking forward to seeing it on BD.

A year ago I bought The Musical Masterpiece Edition and was disappointed they changed a couple of lines in the movie, and especially during the song SAVAGES bothered me...
Guess it will be the same for the new dvd/blu coming 2012...

I'm not really kinda excited for this one cause I got my eyes on
Cinderella and other movies on Diamond Edition. Anyway, this is a great movie and I think it's nice to see it on Blu-ray

My thoughts exactly. It’s a shame such a beautiful movie has to be marred with such a hideous cover all the time.
I've recently been on a
Pocahontas binge, and even though I already own this on DVD (the Masterpiece Edition), I'll definitely be buying the Blu-Ray. Love it.

I second that!
I think Hercules is an amazing movie and it's a shame Disney doesn't see it when marketing...
I'm glad Pocahontas will be released on Blu-ray!
Does anyone know anything about Mulan?
thanks

They changed some lines? Like what, for instance? Also, this wouldn't happen to be the same case for the 10th anniversary edition DVD, would it?

The movie that sent Disney Animation to the shitter once again.
Oh joy.
Release THE RESCUERS or THE JUNGLE BOOK instead.
