That's fun!!! I've seen the Mickeyroni at WDW, but it's a lot more expensive than the 50 cents a box regular macaroni & cheese, but it's still fun, even though I'm a cheapskate and won't buy it!

Was it alfredo sauce? Did it come with the cheese sauce, or was it just plain macaroni and you provided the sauce?

(I love talking about food...!)

It came with it's own cheese. It is actually my favorite Mac & Cheese ever. Once I bought it as a souvenir, with no intention of eating it. Then one day I had no food in my apartment and I was hungry so I ate it and it was the best tasting thing ever! I went to Disneyland on Friday and picked up a box (I wanted to stock up, but it was $5 and I'm poor). Yum -- it's so good. Uses real Vermont Cheddar.

The Mickey nuggets I actually found in the frozen foods section of Target. One of the best finds ever and it's only $5 for a million nuggets.

That looks great! I've had Mickeyroni several times and will now be on the lookout for those Mickey chicken nuggets. Target here in Orlando also sells Mickey shaped burger patties, but they don't make Mickey shaped buns to accompany them, so you get a lot of bites of just bread. lol.

My friend was OBSESSED with those Mickey-Mouse shaped waffles they served at Disney World. Anyone know where I can find a Mickey mouse shape waffle maker?

toonaspie, the exact waffle maker that Disney uses at the theme parks is exclusive to the parks, meaning they don't sell that exact mold to the general public. However, throughout the years there have been many Disney licensed waffle makers. Currently, there aren't any decent ones, so you can try eBay. Otherwise, Disney makes two that I don't think look very good. They are the Mickey Mouse Tasty Baker and the Disney Princess Tasty Baker.

Talk about a misfire in marketing! I've seen Finding Nemo fishsticks, too, though, and that might be even worse.

I find it disturbing as well, especially since in the movie the first thing you see if a fish escaping his fate, and then we see Sebastian running away from Chef Louie.

Hey, at least the fish sticks weren't made of flounder fish... And at least they didn't also sell Little Mermaid crab cakes... Maybe the fish that ended up being pressed into frozen sticks were mean to Ariel in elementary school?

Yeah. :o They look almost on-model with the film.

Oh--the fish food thing. Well, if they didn't have Flounder hovering over the plate, it wouldn't have been so bad.

Anyway, I'd love to find Mickey Mouse waffles! :D

When I was in Australia I was in a small seaside deli and they had some 'Grilled Dory' on display. Being as everyone in my tour group had seen and loved Nemo, we were a little saddened by the cruelty.

I feel the same way! I mean, Triton & Ariel are only half fish, and the upper portions of their body are human, so it's not like they had to rip off their heads or anything... :? Nemo fish sticks are just wrong, though. And, yeah, couldn't they have put Sebastian there instead of Flounder? He's looking right at some battered-cooked fishies!!!

And, yeah, the grilled Dory sounds quite mean. :(

Ariel with fishsticks is just as plainly wrong marketing as deep-fried venison with an image of Bambi!

*BUMP*

I know it's a real old thread, but I bet some will get a kick out of this new Disney Food Products video:

I can't get over how cheesy it is.
