I bought Dumbo on Blu-Ray in both Blu-Ray and DVD packaging, but I can only enter one of the codes. When I enter the enter code, it says I already entered that movie. Doesn't seem fair.

Try again. i have both versions of Snow White and Pinocchio and I was able to enter the codes for both the DVD package and the Blu-Ray combos. Just get a hold of DMR and let them know what's going on.

I've got a question. Does that Dinosaur BluRay a BluRay/DVD combo or just a BluRay?

Hi, all. I need help deciding which of the three Blu-rays we can get. I already have the DVD versions of Dinosaur and Bridge to Terebithia, but I really don't have any inclination to get Tinker Bell. Is Tinker Bell actually good, or would it be a waste of $4? And would it be worth upgrading to BD for the other two? I have the collector's version of Dinosaur and I'm pretty happy with it, and I'm assuming that the BD counterpart has less features than that version. I'm also fine with just owning the DVD of Bridge to Terebithia. So, I guess my real question is whether or not I should get Tinker Bell. Thoughts, opinions?

I haven't got it yet but I have heard it is a blu ray. The only combo pack was the Bug's Life which is no longer offered.

I just got my copy today and it's Blu-ray only, which I came to expect after seeing the swoosh cover upon redemption.

Here's a 25 point code for everyone:

twitterpated

Got it from the DMR Twitter page; it expires on Thursday, though, so hurry and enter it!

EDIT:

Though, it seems it's not working... I'll do some investigating!

EDIT:

Just got it to work. I was getting a "page not found" message, but I just tried it again and it definitely does work :D

So I asked if they'll switch out the case and they won't.

Anyone know where I can find a spare Bug's Life case?
Man has a dream
And that's the start
He follows his dream
With mind and heart
And when it becomes a reality
It's a dream come true
For you and me!

Thanks for the heads up! I added the code to my account. I really don't see anything I want to redeem (I am at a really low number right now since there aren't many DVDs to buy that are eligible that aren't DTV sequels or Disney Channel-Related).

I ordered a Lion King pin a few days ago for 2.99 (I did not want to pay 15 dollars for the whole set). I went for Rafiki.

Have any of you ever received a DVD/Blu-ray that was supposed to have a code and didn't? Back in the day, you would just mail them your receipt and the proof-of-purchase from the DVD, but now you have to take a photo of the back of the DVD case and the receipt, and write a number code on it (like you do when submitting movie tickets now). A DVD I had ordered from DeepDiscount.com didn't come with a code, but the printed-out receipt, even after reducing the "zoom" in the toolbar, had small print that didn't translate well to the receipt, especially because the date was in the top right corner (from Gmail), and the title and price were near the bottom. I sent them a message through "Contact Us" and told them the problem and asked if I could forward them my emailed receipt, too, just in case. We will see what happens.

I actually like the current methods for missing codes and submitting movie tickets and such. I can just use my scanner (don't really have to take a photo, just scan directly), and to me, that's less of a hassle than snail mail.

^ Scanning is an option for the movie tickets, but for the receipt for a missing code, it didn't say (that I saw) that you could scan the receipt, since you need to photograph it next to the back of the DVD case, so they can see the barcode... I wish I could have scanned it, so they could read the receipt!

Can't you scan it next to the back of the DVD case? I think I've done this before. I think I did it with a Wizards of Waverly Place DVD recently.

I've heard/read that you can buy replacement cases, etc... from them. Someone on Blu-ray.com did that for their copy of A Bug's Life. I think it was a few dollars including shipping.
