I just found this page on Tumblr:

I have been dying of laughter, because many of these are too accurate descriptions of Disney nerds.
Here are some of my faves:

Here's another one that features the rest of the princesses (+ Anastasia)singerguy04 wrote:Not sure if any of you have seen this, but a friend posted it on their facebook.
It's modernly fashionable Princesses.
My favorite is Pocahontas!
In the vein of Disney Princess Greek mythology, here's a Disney Princess zodiac:
And this is not a pic, but I could not find a more appropriate thread for it. It's simply amazing:

Amazing video, simply wonderful!
Favorite Disney-movies: Snow White, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, Sleeping Beauty, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Pocahontas, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules, Mulan, Tarzan, Tangled, Frozen, Pirates, Enchanted, Prince of Persia, Tron, Oz The Great and Powerful
You're welcome, guys. It really is a great selection of clips and instrumentals. The only thing I dislike is the Tangled part, it just doesn't fit with the background theme, a clip from "I See The Light" or the ending would have been better suited.
Not to mention CGI features generally stand out from the rest of the films -- and not in a good way. It's very jarring... but that's just the hand-drawn snob in me talking.
- The Bells of Notre Dame - Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz (The Hunchback of Notre Dame)
- The Egg Travels - James Newton Howard (Dinosaur)
- Finale - Randy Edelman (Dragonheart)
And another pic:

I agree, but I guess they missed a great opportunity last year what with the release of Disney's 50th DAC and all. Maybe when they get to No. 75?estefan wrote:Wow, that was incredible! They should play that at the Oscars.
Yes. The video description lists these as music used:sunhuntin wrote:wow, that video was simply amazing. i loved the instrumental... was it from dinosaur?

That video is really wonderfully beautiful. I think it was all greatand fit appropriately (even the Tangled part, another part may have been better but it didn't seem to not fit except for that it was CGI), the only thing that wasn't good was the blurred borders around the academy ratio (aka non-widescreen) films. Those looked really bad and distracting to me. Just let it be black bars, just let the screen change as the films changes, it's okay.
But I have to admit in the "So This is Love" scene the blurred sides actually did look great because they were dark like the rest of the background except for the glowing light in the middle of the original frame, and in a way it made the framing of that scene more beautiful. It looked really breathtaking that way. I kinda wish it looked like that in the film, but that's me wishing the frame was wider for the whole film.

Haha, reminds me of my dentist. He’s knows I’m getting into animation, so he always asks me if I’m going to make Mickey Mouse cartoons down in Disney World. I don’t even correct him anymore.pap64 wrote:I just found this page on Tumblr:

Anyways, I love the reference to Figment:
and this one really made me laugh
They didn’t feel like changing Anastasia much, did they? I really like how Jasmine, Mulan and Pocahontas turned out.Mooky wrote:Here's another one that features the rest of the princesses (+ Anastasia)

This is a wallpaper I made a couple of months ago. It's a continuing work in progress, as to-be-released films will fill in the blank spots at the bottom.
Thought I might as well share it here.
