The Disney Book Thread

This probably won't get more than three or four replies, but I just thought that it may be an idea to devote a thread to favourite, past and upcoming reference books on Disney animation or non-park Disney books (since there's a thread for that in the Theme Parks forum, not that they can't not be discussed here). I know that such reference books cost a bomb, thus the reason why I don't have quite a number which I quite want. But I personally still have quite a few.

The Art of Walt Disney (the concise edition...bought it in a discount bookshop a few years ago)

Walt Disney and Europe (potentially interesting, what with my love of all things continental)
Disney Lost and Found
Walt Disney's Fantasia

As well as this, a Mary Blair illustrated version of Alice in Wonderland is coming soon (which I am most certainly going to buy at least somewhere along the line), as well as a book on Disney princes (as a way to help promote The Princess and the Frog most likely) and a book on Disney dogs (as a way to help promote Bolt most likely). Also, I noticed this book on Amazon:

Anyone have more information about this? It seems fairly interesting, even if it could be possibly fluff for the most part.

- Before the Animation begins: Disney's inspirational sketch artists.
- Walt Disney, triumph of the American imagination by Neal Gabler.


That's all, unless I include Charles Solomon's History of Animation, but that one of course not merely deals with Disney.

In additon I've gathered many reviews and articles on animation.

Planning to buy:

- The neglected prince (don't recall the exact title right now, but I think you know what I mean)

Reiner, I have that Pierre Lambert 'Pinocchio' book; it's absolutely beautiful. Rather expensive, but worth it. I haven't been able to get hold of the other two.
