Is there a website or a difinative list of all animated movies on dvd anywhere? Not just Disney, but all studios included.

Put the URL into the Internet Archive's "WayBack Machine" and you can access it from a date before the site went offline. However, if you click on the link within the page, you'll be taken to the current address (and not the wayback's record of a past address).
