I've been busy working on custom DVD covers for Disney Animated films that end up being Anthology sets. An example of what I have right now:

<a href="http://s170.photobucket.com/albums/u267 ... lThree.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u267 ... lThree.jpg" border="0" alt="Disney Vol. 3"></a>

Besides that, I have have been working on a Pixar collection:

<a href="http://s170.photobucket.com/albums/u267 ... VolOne.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u267 ... VolOne.jpg" border="0" alt="Pixar Vol. One"></a>

A "Disney Afternoon" collection:

<a href="http://s170.photobucket.com/albums/u267 ... esVol1.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u267 ... esVol1.jpg" border="0" alt="Ducktales Part One"></a>

And a Disney Shorts Collection:

<a href="http://s170.photobucket.com/albums/u267 ... kSmall.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u267 ... kSmall.jpg" border="0" alt="Donald Duck"></a>

The idea behind it is that you can have each set separate from the others, or mix and match or have them all as one big set.

[quote="steve"]I was going to redesign the upcoming Snow White DVD/Blu-ray (cause it's God-awful in its current state), but I did Beauty and the Beast instead, cause I know the characters better and was too lazy to figure out how to draw all the dwarfs...

This is just amazing! I'd love to see more! Oh, and please do make a Snow White PE one - because you're right it is God-Aweful.

I miss these sort of covers, where there is a real background and it is inspired from a scene in the film.

Rather than the more recent ones the studio has been putting out with the main characters pasted in random order all over a plain backdrop.

Your ideas are nothing less than brilliant! You simply must do some more!

Of course, if I were doing them, at least the shorts ones, I would arrange the lists different and throw in some brand-new bonuses in the process.

Thanks! I plain on it. For the movie sets, i was trying to keep it loose for people who may have different versions of the films on DVD (and dare I say it, even Blue-ray). The shorts are really just for the Disney Treasures. I would have listed some bonuses, but wasn't sure how to fit it in as I was listing all the shorts. Tricky stuff. I have one finished for Goofy and Pluto already, just didn't post it.

Is it both Goofy AND Pluto simultaneously or are they both separate volumes? And do you plan to post it?

I want to see Disney do some more simplistic covers in the future. I found this artwork which I had no idea existed from the original Aladdin soundtrack and thought it was perfect. quality is awful but I'd like to see t his done... it's all very loosely peiced together but it at least gives you an idea.

I love that, nomad! I love anything having to do with Jasmine & Aladdin on Carpet, but this is on-model and simply wonderful.

Yes and yes. I had to add them together as they don't have many disks by themselves. But here it is. When I get around to it, I will make more.

Hey, milojthatch, can you do a cover on Mickey Mouse? I assume that's Volume One of the Mickey and Friends Collection.
