WD Treasures Numbers

Post by bennyb98 »

I was just wondering if anyone on here was lucky enough to get #1 of a Treasures release, i'm pretty sure those are locked away in some office in Burbank but you never know. Or does anyone have 150,000 of a 150,000 pressing??

My MMLC v.2 is 32,000 (dont have the exact numbers)
My Silly Symphonies is 120,000

The lowest # I have gotten is 5,099 for MMBW2. I can't imagine that a #1 would go out to the public, but I guess you never know.

I think you are probably right about the Burbank theory.

On Disnelyland USA I came real close to the other end of the spectrum with 149,975 of 150,000 and 149,533 for Silly Simphonies

Best is 903 for Tomoowland

Disneyworld Trips - 01/05

For me, the lowest I ever got (to date) was 4,310 of an edition of 125,000, and that was The Chronological Donald Volume 2, while the higest I have had to date was 172,913 of an edition of 175,000 for Mickey Mouse in Black and White Volume 2

These may probably change when I get the latest batch of Treasures.

here are the edition numbers for all of the DVD's in the Treasures here.here

well, well, well. It has changed (see previous post)

Donald was the lowest... until today.

I received my copy of More Silly Symphonies this morning, and it holds the lowest ever 1,381 of an edition of 65,000.

yeah that is pretty low! I have not opened any of my Treasures yet so who knows what numbers lurk in my collection! I had never thought about this but it makes sense that #1 or some low numbers would be snapped up by execs at Disney, that is if they had a way of retrieving those specific tins from the factory where they are being mass produced.

I still need to buy The Complete Pluto vol. 2 and Your Host, Walt Disney... however so far I don't have any tins that can be counted as particularly low.

Lowest: 6,675 of 105,000 (Tomorrowland)

However, my most recent purchase is also the highest number I've received so far:

Highest: 64,362 of 65,000 (Silly Symphonies vol. 2)
