I just don't know how they explain to kids why the Rapunzel wedding dolls have long, blonde hair. It's frustrating enough to me as just a fan who doesn't intend to buy one anyway. PS: Wish I'd seen those Looney Tunes shorts, they look interesting! Already have Tangled Ever After, so even though I go...

Just watched Detroit Rock City , a very fun flick with an awesome soundtrack. As absurd as it is how everything comes together to work out perfectly in the end (though it takes some bloodshed), as much as each guy getting to make out (or better) with a girl they encounter on their individual quests ...

Thanks for the info, and one other question. Do I need to have cash to purchase souvenirs at the show, or can I use a debit card? I assume they take cards, but I just wanna be sure (but, as I was able to buy girl scout cookies recently with a card, I suppose everyone is prepared for such a charge no...

Shock Treatment : When I heard there was a sequel to Rocky Horror Picture Show, I of course was curious to see it. I finally did, and... meh. The opening was quickly turning me off, and much of it reminded me of the parts in Rocky that I didn't like. There are a couple of good songs, the performanc...

Incidentally, I never mentioned it, but shortly after I bought the Muppets recently, I also bought Hop and Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked , but I forgot to comment on them here. A lot of people will lump those films together, a lot of people (here and in general) who just hate these types of m...

I am nearly done with the second part of the 3 part The Tenth Kingdom right now. I have heard fairy tale lovers rave about this TV miniseries, but I never managed to actually see it. I am having a lot of fun watching it, I gotta say! I really love the romance between Wolf and the lovely Kimberly Wil...

Purple Rain - I had never seen it before, but I found it mostly silly and underwhelming overall, though it had some moments that were stylistically nice, and the love interest was quite easy on the eyes in her nude scenes and some of her outfits, and Prince showed what an impressive performer he is...

Agree to disagree, I guess. The hair was so very long that it didn't need to be cut THAT short. I understand the dramatic power of the act and the metaphor (not that having a metaphor is crucial), but I still feel they took it too far since it made the character harder to identify as the same charac...

First, I'll say that I love brunettes (all hair colors, really). However, Rapunzel looked better as a blonde. Maybe if her brunette hair wasn't quite so short, I wouldn't dislike it as much, and I'm not saying she isn't still cute, but I do think the long, blonde hair suited her better. I also felt ...

Dreamchild - I had always wanted to see this film about the real Alice of Alice in Wonderland and her relationship with the real Lewis Carroll, originally more because of Jim Henson's involvement than anything, but eventually just as much because of the Alice in Wonderland subject matter. I found i...

I'd never really wanted anything I'd ever seen on DMR, but when I saw these on there, I couldn't pass them up. I was just happy that after 6 years of saving points, I finally found something worth getting. I thought I'd be doomed saving up points forever! Really? That Mulan on horseback alway...

I have far fewer than I'd like. I don't have any digitally, only on CD, and there were some greats I had on cassette (not sure if I still have them) that I don't have on CD yet, like Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Snow White, Jungle Book, Great Mouse Detective, Mary Poppins, all the Dick Tracy sdtks...

Thanks Khonnor. Disney Live On: It's from the Disney Store's Animator's Collection. They have a large selection of different Disney girls as little girls. This one of course is straight out of the movie, ha. The girl I made this for, she wanted Rapunzel, but on the day she went, they didn't have her...
