Demi Lovato is flawless, great choice.
If people don't know her/like some of her songs, blame the terrible disney owned label Hollywood Records

I think the new fairy looks great. so great in fact she makes the other fairies look old cgi models!

I find it a bit weird though how Perriewinkle (though i thought was made an official disney fairy) does not appear in this film?
