one of the Wal-Marts here had a boat load of Sleeping Beauty DVDs for sale...without the slipcase.

If you have a Canadian address, I don't think amazon.com allows you to order from there, it will say to go to amazon.ca. If you order from amazon.ca it will send you the Canadian version of a DVD with the "francais" circle on it.

No, but I wouldn't go there to buy them anyways. Wal-Mart is probably the cheapest place to get them...unless you live in Canada then Superstore may have them since they had the last wave here.

Just thought I'd mention that yesterday, I saw the Lion King Trilogy DVD set on shelves at a store...I thought it wasn't supposed to be released till this Tuesday? Either way, I didn't buy it cuz I already own the movies in the set, and they don't come with the slipcases in the box set.

Are the re-run episodes of the Muppet Show on TV, edited? If you have the channel CTS (satelite) you can watch it every afternoon. I've watched a few but I have no idea of those are edited or not.

I didn't get anything inside my Aladdin DVD (got the gift set) Only thing inside the case, besides the DVDs, was a DVD guide. No coupon booklet, nothing else.

I picked up the Aladdin gift set today as well. Only cost me C$27, which is just a little more than what the DVD by itself would sell for! I have the Little Mermaid Limited Issue DVD, and I think the video transfer looks great! Very vibrant colours, no complaints about it at all! I'm sure the Platinum edition DVD when released will have some sort of video transfer upgrade, but for now, I'm happy with the Limited Issue release.
