I dont feel that Oscars are worth much anymore, The movies that win the Awards are normally not the best ones, LOTR is an exception, If you go by Box office and Video/ DVD sales what would win and Shouldnt the people decide what the best movie of the year is, not a bunch of FIlm Executives and Crit...

Actually, I'm reading that book now, and I'm really blown away by how fascinating and engrossing a read it is: I sure as hell didn't expect that from a corporate expose, even if it is The Walt Disney Company. Granted, I'm only about 1/3 of the way through it, but I'm finding it one of the mos...

I haven't seen anything this year that would strike me as a solid Best Picture nominee. I hope that just means that I haven't seen enough movies. :P Then again, the only BP nominee last year that I thought was sincerely EXCELLENT was 'Sideways.' 'Million Dollar Baby' was very good, and I enjoyed 'Th...

Why'd I leave? Well, when I first showed up, it was in the months leading up to a trip to WDW last June, so of course, my interests were pretty much dominated by all-things Disney. Well, that's why I stumbled across here in the first place... and the interest, sadly, started to wane a littttle bit....

Well, I already own the American Psycho OOP unrated version, and I don't really want to double-dip on it. Hmph. I guess it depends on just what features are included: It IS one of my favorites movies.

I've seen movies beyond R. NC-17 and those that were never even submitted for an MPAA rating. Hell, my collection is peppered with them: Cannibal Holocaust, Cannibal Ferox, Zombie Holocaust, Jungle Holocaust, Zombie, Pink Flamingos... I got most of them when I was 16.

Could you imagine what else would happened if the attacks kept on going after Sept. 11? America would right now be in ruins. Its also good that President B...
