I don't know how UP beat the superior films of Coraline, Fantastic Mr. Fox, and Ponyo. Seriously? You thought that any of those had a chance against Up? I might have been concerned about how TPatF (my personal favorite of the year) would fair, but come on, we all really knew that Up would win, I th...

Thankfully this is just the Globes, which don't matter in the long run. Uh, really neither matter in the long run... When people look back, they don't look at the Globes, but look at the Oscars. However, ultimately years from now, we'll just remember the best films of the year, not the box office s...

I don't know how UP beat the superior films of Coraline, Fantastic Mr. Fox, and Ponyo.

And its score was not better than The Informant! or Where the Wild Things Are...

Thankfully this is just the Globes, which don't matter in the long run.

I'm rooting for a Mr. Fox upset at the Oscars.

Wow ... BOLT is the only other animated movie (to my knowledge) to actually make one of these lists. Is Kristopher Tapley a prestigious critic? If so, then I'll be over the moon. Kris Tapley isn't really prestigious. He just runs this blog: incontention.com He's also interviewed some important figu...

So far I've watched:

Sweeney Todd and Psycho.

Will probably watch The Shining and Silence of the Lambs.

Would like to watch others, but probably won't get that far.

But I have a feeling we will be voting for McCain anyway. (I'm from a major Libertarian family, if the Democrats have any close chance of winning we vote Republican to try and stop them, heh). My libertarian family (half my family are legally American citizens) do the exact opposite. They all plan ...
