The Disney Family Album
Hello, This week for my blog I wrote about 2 episode of The Disney Family Album . This rarely seen Disney Channel program was a real cool way of showing off some of the great talent that help make Disney the success it is today. The episodes I looked at were an episode about The Imagineers and The S...

Hello all. I just found this forum and discussion while googling the Oswald situation that came to light yesterday. I will say on behalf of myself and other animation preservationists that yesterday's discovery of the auction made for a very sad and worrisome day in the archival community. As someo...

I am not really interested in Zorro so I won't be getting these but by no means am I upset about it. I am happy for all the people who have been waiting for this release and I hope they enjoy it. Sounds like a nice set. I will be getting my Treasures fix in June (and for anyone else who is intereste...

Looking for Goofy
Hello,
I am looking for the Complete Goofy Walt Disney Treasure release. It does not have to be in a tin. I am hoping I can find this reasonably priced since everything on eBay is extraordinarly expensive.
Thank you!

I don't think it is necessarily dirty (I must point out I don't sell anything so I don't do it myself nor would I) but it is massively frustrating. I have been after a decent priced Goofy Disney Treasure for years. I am not looking for one in a tin but I want to own my own copy. I foolishly decided ...

I noticed a few people want to see Song of the South as a Disney Treasure. If this film is ever released, it will never be part of the Treasures line. There is going to be so much attention/promotion/media on this title that it will get a complete release of its own just like all of the other Disney...

Hey, I just got back from Best Buy to pick up my tins. I only got Donald and Dr. Syn (wasn't really interested in Annette) but I just want to let everyone know that the Dr. Syn tins are in the television DVD section and not the Family/Disney DVD section. It makes no sense but that's where I found mi...

. An all new making of (so Disney can say it's in HD. I doubt the existing Making of from the Platinum Edition) was filmed in HD. Do you think so? I would just assume they would up-res most of the existing content. Maybe not? What do I know? I see a lot of people on here with Doctor Who avatars! Se...

It's the same as the back of the Amaray case. I just take them off and clean off the tin, and put the card inside the case, and then toss the tin and the card out, because it is what's on the Discs that really counts. :) Me too. I miss the days when they would ink or screen print the info on the ba...

My Tins are of course winging their way over here as I type, but are unlikely to arrive before 2008. But I know the black and white Mickey set could be tiring to watch at times. I expect the Oswald toons to be more so. Speaking for myself, I thought the Oswald shorts were easier to watch. They seem...

Pluto Region 1 here some advice: Next time you go to Best Buy to look for a tin, ask a blue shirt to look up in their system to see if any of the stores around the area had the Disneyland tin? Our product system is linked store to store. That would have saved gas money. You can also do this yourself...

I forgot these were coming out today. I went to Best Buy and the store was super busy and since I work at their corporate office I went to another less busy store so the employees could concentrate on the customers. Both stores I went to has all 3 in stock. I haven't looked at the video content yet ...

I am totally disappointed with all of the contributors here at UD. Has anyone ever bought a Disney movie that they really liked? This is nothing. I am a big Doctor Who fan and those DVDs are put together by a team of experts who virtually work for nothing and do stunning restoration work. They are ...
