Not at all. SNOW WHITE LIVE was called something different. The actual title is "Singin', Dancin', Heigh Ho!" and toured the U.S. It was done in the 1980's and used the character costumes from the theme park.

The Christmas Day parade is not live. It is videotaped in advance for broadcast on Christmas day.

This has been planned since the release of the book. The book will be a trilogy, and Disney is looking to capitalize on the franchise.
