Of course Cinderella 3 wont overshadow the original, but i can assure you From this point on after you see Cindy 3, your lasting impressions are far stronger personality wise for every character including cinderella because of part 3.

I love part 1, but i also LOVE part 3.

About seing teh movie before its release i can tell you how some people do it. i have the actual dvd. the other guy here said he saw the movie without having the dvd - i'm sure he downloaded it via Torrent. I just saw the movie, and i must say it was EXCELLENT! The animation work is superb...the songs will take getting used to, but almost all sequel have that slight problem. VCR's........what plantet do you live on.......set your DVR's, TiVO, or what have you, but get it recorded. If you have a DVD Recorder, record it directly from TV and edit the commercials as you go, or let your DVR or TiVO do it. VHS is okay, but now is the time to get with the times, and record it...

Disney's needs variety again...the sheer joy of their current features is the difference between them all...from rescuers to aladdin to lady and the tramp...some are epic in scope and some are simply charming...they need that balance again...an epic one and a charming one....
