I think these are a complete waste. Why can't Disney just release new editions instead of just releasing the same editions of the dvds over and over again, just with some spiffy slipcover. MJW, the case isn't quite that drastic. It uses a thinner plastic than we are used to and has the recycling symbol on the left hand side, but nothing is cut out of it. The only studio I've received a cut out eco case from so far has been Fox.

Back in 2005 when I completed my commitment, it took almost a month from the time I ordered the DVD to the time when I was considered a VIP member.

You will still get the Spring issue. The Summer Issue won't be out until May, so as long as you pre-order before then you will get the Spring issue. It's really great for fans of Disney films too. I loved the article about the history of the Disney backlot.
