If Snow White was in the public domain Disney would have to work hard to ensure their copy was the copy everyone wanted. It would only benefit the consumer. I'll tell you this, if Snow White was Public Domain, you'd have gotten most of the Blu-ray bonus feartures on this years 2 disc DVD release......

I've finally managed to finish working through Chronological Donald 4. I must say it is splendid not only to see one of my favourite moments in Disney shorts presented in a nice clean digital remaster, but also that it has got through intact without being vaulted or cut to keep the soccer moms happy...

You could, but I'd give them a phone call at this point, just so you know you've dealt with a human being and something will be done. I know it's a pain having to call internationally, but on the whole I find it's ultimately easier than an endless back-and-forth of emails.
